2. Services

Quantrex Cargo provides international and domestic courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, diplomatic bag, and secure logistics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Items

You may not ship the following items through our service:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, and explosive materials (unless specifically licensed)
• Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials not properly declared and packaged
• Live animals (without prior arrangement and applicable permits)
• Items prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination country
• Cash, negotiable instruments, or precious metals beyond declared limits

4. Liability Limitations

Our liability for loss or damage to any shipment is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for losses exceeding the declared value of the shipment
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, acts of God, or events beyond our control
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the expected delivery date
• We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value shipments

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments
• Properly package all items to withstand normal handling
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of origin and destination countries
• Pay all charges, duties, taxes, and fees associated with your shipment
• Ensure you have the legal right to ship the contents of any package

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless a credit account has been established. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.

7. Customs and Import Duties

The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. Quantrex Cargo is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. Inaccurate customs declarations may result in fines or seizure of goods, for which the customer bears full responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade and courier regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify customers of significant changes by email or notice on our website.
