This Shipping Policy explains how Quantrex Cargo handles shipments, delivery timelines, tracking, and related procedures.

1. Shipping Destinations

Quantrex Cargo ships to destinations worldwide, including remote and hard-to-reach locations. We operate across all continents and maintain partnerships with trusted last-mile delivery providers to ensure your shipment reaches its destination safely and on time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country:

3. Shipment Tracking

All shipments handled by Quantrex Cargo are assigned a unique tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real time by:

  • Visiting our Track Shipment page and entering your tracking number
  • Using the Quick Track form in the header or footer of our website
  • Contacting our customer support team with your tracking reference

4. Packaging Requirements

To ensure safe delivery, all shipments must be properly packaged. We recommend:

  • Use sturdy, new corrugated boxes appropriate for the weight and size of contents
  • Wrap fragile items individually with bubble wrap or foam padding
  • Fill empty spaces with packing material to prevent movement
  • Seal all seams with strong packing tape (minimum 2 inches wide)
  • Clearly label the package with sender and recipient addresses on the outside
  • Include a duplicate address label inside the package

5. Customs and Documentation

For international shipments, you are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation, including:

  • Commercial invoice with accurate description and declared value
  • Packing list detailing contents and weights
  • Any required permits, certificates, or licences for restricted goods

Delays or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete customs declarations are the responsibility of the shipper.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event your shipment is lost or damaged:

  • Report the issue to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  • Retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of any damage
  • Provide your tracking number and proof of value (invoice, receipt)
  • Our claims team will investigate and respond within 10 business days
